As an Architect, you have an advanced data-oriented profile seeking to bridge the gap between Business and IT to deliver value-added solutions for our clients. You are responsible in bridging the gap between business and IT. We are interested in professionals having this unique experience with functional analysis in complex business and data environments. The ability to understand the client needs, participate in requirements gathering and functional analysis is fundamental to deliver effective data solutions.

    Interview

    After a positive screening, it’s time for the interview. We typically ask you to join a video interview with one or more leading colleagues. They will introduce you in more detail to the Datalumen organization. They will ask you questions about your motivation and background. They also want to learn more about you as a person. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.

    Assignment

    Depending on the role, we may also ask you to complete an assignment. This can be a presentation of a particular topic, your views on how you would tackle a specific client’s problem, ... You will prepare this from home and after your completion, you will advance to the second round of talks. In a face to face  interview, you will present your assignment in an interactive way. After that, you may have the opportunity to get to know your future teammates and ask any informal questions you may have during a casual team coffee chat.
